Calibration Engineer – Emissions / Evaporative Systems

About the role

As part of Stellantis' powertrain development and integration team, the Emissions / Evaporative Calibration Engineer will define, validate, and deliver robust calibrations for gasoline engine emission control systems. The role focuses on after‑treatment components such as catalysts and gasoline particulate filters (GPF) as well as evaporative emission (EVAP) canisters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver calibrations and technical reports for catalyst, GPF, and EVAP canister systems in line with project schedules.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate calibration activities on test benches and vehicles.
• Maintain technical coherence of calibrations across powertrain specialties.
• Analyze test results and propose optimized technical trade‑offs.
• Contribute to and continuously improve technical reference documentation.
• Ensure efficient use of test and validation resources within the assigned scope.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, control systems, embedded systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in emissions and/or EVAP calibration or powertrain calibration.
• Fluent professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in multicultural, multisite environments.
