CNC Machinist

About the role

TE is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join its production team. You will work with diverse colleagues to design, fabricate, and optimise tools that support a safer, more sustainable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify tool specifications and recommend design or material revisions to improve production processes.
• Adjust machine control speeds and material selections to meet high‑quality standards and develop new features as needed.
• Fabricate parts or complete tools using mills and lathes based on tooling prints, blueprints, and product drawings, ensuring tight tolerances.
• Monitor quality checks, document results, and collaborate with the maintenance team to repair and fine‑tune machines and tools.
• Troubleshoot mold issues during production and support equipment to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on CNC machining experience.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely in a production environment.
