Cybersecurity Head – Lead Security Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Head to define and drive the security strategy across all IT systems and digital platforms. The role is responsible for safeguarding data, applications, and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats while aligning security initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Align security priorities with business and IT needs and promote secure‑by‑design practices.
• Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response and recovery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks; ensure controls are effective.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, support audits, assessments, and penetration testing.
• Track vulnerabilities and guarantee timely remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement of security tools, processes, and awareness programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 9–11 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or security operations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
