Data Analyst – Tableau & BI Specialist

About the role

The CSG Professional Services Analytics team is looking for a Data Analyst to support the Professional Services Sales Analytics function. You will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and dashboards for the sales team and Global Commercial Office, primarily for EMEA operations while also contributing to global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Wrangle data from Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to discover patterns and measure business impact.
• Create interactive, intuitive visualisations using Tableau.
• Develop deep understanding of enterprise data such as forecasting, pipeline, bookings, and data quality.
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, fix bugs, and enhance existing dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Professional Services sellers and sales leadership to provide accurate data and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with data modelling, relational databases, and SQL.
• Ability to translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem‑solving, adaptability, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
