Digital Workspace & Service Desk Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Workspace Support / Service Desk Support professional to serve as the primary point of contact for users’ workstation and IT environment needs. The role involves delivering end‑user assistance, handling incidents, and ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface for user IT support requests.
• Perform initial diagnostics and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
• Manage and track incident tickets using ServiceNow.
• Follow up on tickets until full resolution and user satisfaction is achieved.
• Maintain and update documentation, including reports, procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Provide remote support and troubleshoot IT equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+2/3).
• At least 4 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Unix and office environments.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and prioritisation abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and occasional public holidays.
