Director of Information Technology

About the role

The Director of Information Technology will lead all technology initiatives for Four Seasons’ seaside hotel in Casablanca. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure seamless IT operations that support guest experiences and hotel staff across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with all hotel departments and the corporate Home Office.
• Enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Two work rules and standards of conduct.
• Provide technical support to hotel guests and staff, addressing issues promptly.
• Participate in quarterly regional systems meetings, sharing best practices.
• Lead pre‑opening activities, managing 30‑60 vendors and contractors simultaneously.
• Prioritize and follow up on vendor contracts, corporate IT service requests, and departmental needs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all management levels.
• Proven experience in a hospitality IT environment, preferably during a pre‑opening phase.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and complex projects.
