About the role
Deliverect is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure our enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our API‑first SaaS platform. You will act as the strategic anchor for a mixed portfolio of accounts, driving product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑term relationship strategies, guiding enterprise customers through success milestones and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Enterprise Account Managers, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and advocate for new features.
- Monitor usage data, demonstrate platform value, and identify opportunities to improve customer health and adoption rates.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical and non‑technical queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal management to sustain revenue growth.
Required profile
- Professional fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex customer data and health metrics.
