SkySys is looking for a reliable and autonomous Field IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance within the industrial zone of El Jadida. This unique role is designed for professionals seeking a flexible, dispatch-based model that can be performed alongside other professional activities.
Missions principales
- Provide on-site "Smart Hands" support and desktop/end-user assistance.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Conduct data center support, including equipment installation and maintenance.
- Manage and troubleshoot basic network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Ensure connectivity and remote access stability (VPN, RDP).
- Respond to service tickets with a minimum of 24-hour advance notice.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in IT field support or system administration.
- High level of autonomy and ability to work on an on-call/dispatch basis.
- Must possess a personal laptop for remote connection to the support team.
- Ability to intervene during business hours (Monday to Friday) in the El Jadida industrial area.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical reactivity.
Competences requises
- Operating Systems: Windows/Linux troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and RDP.
- Hardware: Desktop, laptop, printer, and data center equipment maintenance.
- Software: End-user application support and OS deployment.
