Head of Talent Acquisition – Morocco (French/English)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute its talent acquisition strategy across Morocco. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the French Region and working closely with the People Solutions Director Morocco, you will drive high‑volume hiring for the contact‑center business while ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adapt the global recruitment strategy to local market, client, and professional nuances.
• Implement, optimise and supervise the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, qualification, interviews, collective sessions and onboarding.
• Monitor candidate satisfaction and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure sourcing efficiency, quality of hire and throughput.
• Lead, coach and up‑skill the Morocco Talent Acquisition team.
• Support operational managers in building their teams and advise on best‑practice hiring.
• Develop a talent pool to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Promote the employer brand through partnerships with ANAPEC, OFPPT, universities and industry forums.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing talent acquisition functions across multiple sites, preferably in high‑volume contact‑center environments.
• Proven ability to analyse recruiting metrics such as retention, quality of hire and net throughput.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
