International Strategy Consulting Internship in Africa

About the role

JESA’s Advisory & Digital Solutions (ADS) division is looking for motivated students to join an international strategy consulting internship focused on high‑impact projects across Africa and the Middle East. Interns will work alongside experienced consultants on real‑world challenges in sectors such as mining, energy, water, urban planning, and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting teams in data gathering, analysis, and preparation of strategic recommendations.
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and field visits to understand business needs.
• Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and visualisations for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross‑functional project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• 2nd‑year or final‑year student at a top‑tier engineering or business school (Grandes écoles).
• Strong academic foundation in your discipline with the ability to apply concepts to practical problems.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working in diverse, multicultural teams.
