Junior Payroll Consultant – Marrakech

About the role

BDO’s Moroccan office is seeking a Junior Payroll Consultant to join its team in Marrakech starting October 2026. You will work closely with colleagues in Luxembourg to deliver accurate payroll services for a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end payroll process for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate salary calculations.
• Verify payroll data integrity and perform quality checks on all calculations.
• Set up employment contracts, register new staff and handle statutory declarations with the relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Ideally some prior experience in payroll processing.
• Basic understanding of salary calculation, labour law, social security and payroll tax.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a customer‑service mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
