Launch Manager – Project Management Role

About the role

LEONI is seeking a dynamic Launch Manager to lead and oversee projects in its Ain Sebaa site, Morocco. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and optimise resource utilisation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues that could affect project success.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members and clients.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and present updates to senior management.
• Implement and maintain best‑practice project management methodologies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improvement areas.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years proven project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira and Trello.
• Excellent budgeting, financial management and risk‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
