About the role

This position is responsible for the preparation, maintenance and optimisation of tooling used in stamping operations. The aim is to ensure the quality of produced parts, maintain continuous production flow, and uphold safety and performance standards within Stellantis manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tooling before production runs to meet design specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on stamping tools.
• Optimize tooling setups to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Monitor tool performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical degree equivalent to Bac+2 or higher.
• Experience working with tooling in a manufacturing or stamping environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
