About the role
Join Samsonite’s Designer Outlet in Cheshire Oaks as a part‑time Sales Advisor. You will be the front‑line representative of a globally recognised travel‑goods brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a vibrant retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable Samsonite products.
- Provide accurate information on product features, warranties and after‑sales services.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising and promotional displays.
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock control and minimise shrinkage.
- Adhere to cash‑handling, health & safety and environmental policies.
- Communicate customer feedback and market trends to the Store Manager.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, preferably in premium or travel goods.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to stand, bend and lift up to 15 kg and use ladders.
- Passion for travel, brand sensibility and a sales‑oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast‑paced retail setting.
