Process Engineer

About the role

Versigent is looking for a Process Engineer to define equipment needs, support engineering changes, and ensure timely acquisition, installation, and validation of plant equipment. You will work in a fast‑moving environment that blends startup agility with the discipline of a global leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead installation, validation, and continuous‑improvement actions for process components (ROB, CC, Torque, VM, testing).
• Analyze manufacturing and component requirements and develop equipment specifications.
• Detect and track anomalies that cause stock shortages and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Transfer anomaly cases to Key Users via the ID Tool and attend technical conferences with plant departments.
• Ensure reliability reporting closure, monitor equipment inventory status, and meet start‑up deadlines.
• Communicate commit files within predefined timeframes and respect Capex/Opex forecasts.
• Share new POS procedures and support their implementation in the factory.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or master’s in industrial engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with synthesis skills.
