Process Technology Production Engineer

About the role

The Process Technology Production Engineer will lead the implementation of new projects and processes, ensuring they align with the company’s development plan and customer requirements. Based in the Oriental Region, the role supports production teams during quality issues and drives continuous improvement using lean methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investment budgets for plant capacity extension projects.
• Conduct capacity analysis for equipment and ensure optimal utilization.
• Implement new projects and processes according to development plans.
• Evaluate and apply customer and engineering changes.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and motivate the team around business KPIs.
• Lead lean projects to achieve efficiency, space savings, and cost reductions.
• Support production during quality problems and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer or method responsible, preferably with a harness maker.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, availability, and flexibility.
• Experience in managing new projects and change management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Based in the Oriental Region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
