Program Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager to lead a multi‑year mineral title consolidation program for one of the largest royalty funds in the United States. The role provides end‑to‑end accountability for delivery, budget, timeline, quality, and client relationship across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Own full program delivery, ensuring quality, throughput, timelines and budget across all workstreams.
• Manage cross‑time‑zone operations between teams in Casablanca, Islamabad and coordination with Dallas.
• Oversee the retitle pipeline: research, AI‑assisted classification, package readiness, recording, operator coordination and revenue transition.
• Coordinate AI deployment, including document classification models and data extraction pipelines.
• Lead third‑party vendor selection, onboarding, performance tracking and contract governance.
• Implement Agile delivery practices (daily war rooms, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and apply appropriate methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, waterfall) per workstream.
• Track performance using engineering velocity and operational throughput metrics.
• Maintain governance artifacts: risk registers, decision logs, issue trackers and change control documentation.
• Handle financial management: budget tracking, cost governance, vendor invoicing and variance reporting.
• Develop detailed plans for future phases and manage program scaling without disrupting operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management of large, multi‑continent initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to manage distributed teams.
• Comfort with evolving technical environments and data‑intensive workflows.
• Excellent organizational and risk‑management skills.
