Quality System Specialist

About the role

Join TE as a Quality System Specialist and support quality management across analytics and audit disciplines. You will help maintain the site Quality Management System, ensure audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer‑specific and corporate requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal system, process and product audits, including layered process audits.
• Prepare the site for third‑party certification audits and support auditors during certification‑body visits.
• Manage nonconformities and corrective actions, applying structured problem‑solving methods.
• Support process owners with automotive process‑approach documentation, performance indicators and risk analysis.

Required profile

• Understanding of quality management principles and automotive industry standards.
• Experience with internal and external audit processes.
• Ability to coordinate documentation, evidence collection and audit follow‑up.
• Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action verification.
