R&D Process Engineer – Atlassian Tools

About the role

We are expanding our FAB Team in Casablanca and are looking for an R&D Process Engineer specialized in Atlassian tools. The role will help unify and standardise software delivery processes across multiple lines of business, ensuring traceability, efficiency and consistent practices in an international, English‑speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Jira projects, workflows, schemes, permissions and custom fields.
• Design, implement and maintain harmonised Jira processes for the whole group.
• Coach and support teams on Jira best practices and drive continuous improvement, simplification and automation.
• Leverage AI‑powered features such as Atlassian Intelligence to improve issue creation, workflow optimisation and self‑service support.
• Manage end‑to‑end software delivery processes, including work‑item creation, traceability to GitHub, and lifecycle tracking from backlog to production release.
• Define, document and maintain release processes and promote data‑driven insights for delivery predictability.
• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other systems and produce clear documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, Release Management and Product teams in workshops to align processes.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience with Jira administration and workflow design.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with source‑code management tools, preferably GitHub.
• Ability to work in a predominantly English‑speaking, cross‑functional environment.
