About the role
The Renewals Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and ensuring timely contract renewals. This role involves proactive communication, database management, and close collaboration with sales and account teams to secure renewals before expiration.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture customer relationships to retain existing contracts.
- Support the manager in coordinating contract renewals with customers and internal teams.
- Initiate renewal conversations, answer queries, and follow up before contract expiry.
- Identify customer needs, uncover obstacles, and drive renewals to timely closure.
- Review and adjust terms and conditions as requested by customers.
- Prepare periodic reports, analyses, and key renewal metrics.
- Maintain a rolling 120‑day renewal forecast and keep the customer database up to date.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth renewal experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS or partner ordering processes.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
- Multilingual proficiency is mandatory, with exposure to the North Africa region preferred.
