About the role
The Sales Advisor will work 16 hours per week in the Samsonite store on Tottenham Court Road, London. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and a friendly shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide advice and product demonstrations, and promote the features and benefits of Samsonite luggage.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system and handle returns, warranties and after‑sales service enquiries.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑presented store environment, including merchandising, stockroom organization and visual displays.
- Receive and check deliveries, report discrepancies and assist with stock counts.
- Handle telephone enquiries and customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Open and close the store following company procedures and ensure security of stock and cash.
Required profile
- Availability to start in January 2026 and work 16 hours per week on site.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a customer‑focused approach.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Basic numeracy for handling transactions and stock management.
