About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team at Hyatt Regency Taghazout. The role will ensure smooth office operations, manage communications, and assist in preparing sales materials for our hotel portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Answer main telephone line and respond to general inquiries and client requests.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain the sales calendar, schedule meetings and events, and keep an up‑to‑date contact list for all hotels.
- Assist Sales Managers with site impressions, sales presentations, promotional flyers, and handouts.
- Manage property collateral, image requests, and coordinate the creation of sales collateral.
- Communicate regularly with customers, on‑property hotel managers, staff, and corporate offices.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to operate standard office software.
- Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and French.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office).
