Sales Representative – Stationery (Meknes/Fes region)

About the role
Join BIC World as a Sales Representative for the stationery portfolio, covering the Meknes and Fes regions in Morocco. You will act as the brand ambassador, driving volume growth, turnover and numeric distribution while representing BIC’s commercial policy.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, support and achieve sales targets and expand distribution levels across the assigned territory.
- Plan sales routes and visit frequency to ensure optimal coverage of all points of sale.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with stationery customers, influencing stock levels and promoting the BIC product range.
- Collect and report daily/weekly activity data, competitive information and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, credit limits and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clean, up‑to‑date customer files and manage order recovery and placement.
- Keep the company vehicle, media and promotional items in good condition.

- Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
