Pentabell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative and Financial Auditor to join one of our key clients. This strategic role is essential for ensuring the excellence and conformity of both internal and external quality management systems through rigorous auditing and continuous monitoring.

Missions principales

• Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive internal quality audits in accordance with established strategic plans.
• Audit and control the application of quality procedures across all operational departments, including production, maintenance, procurement, and logistics.
• Identify critical non-conformities and proactively propose effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on the implementation and long-term effectiveness of corrective measures.
• Conduct supplier audits to guarantee external compliance and supply chain integrity.
• Collaborate closely with production managers and workshop supervisors to maintain the highest standards of product quality.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Auditing, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within an industrial or production environment.
• Proven expertise in inspection, quality control, or workshop supervision.
• Strong ability to work within a team and the diplomacy required to persuade operational staff.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and discretion.

Competences requises

• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of metalworking processes (welding, cutting, galvanizing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
