Senior Analyst – Life & Health Modelling

About the role

SCOR is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Life & Health Modelling team at the new Actuarial Hub in Casablanca. You will help enhance reserving models, drive transformation initiatives, and support senior management with high‑quality analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Update and extend SCOR's Life & Health reserving modelling capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead the transformation agenda for modelling tools and processes, aiming for full automation of quarterly model production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather modelling and reporting requirements, design and test new model features, and run analyses.
• Prepare and present financial impact analyses to senior management.
• Continuously improve end‑to‑end modelling workflows and develop innovative solutions for operational excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with IT, Data, Experience Analysis, Pricing, In‑force Management, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance valuation, reserving, cash‑flow analysis, or actuarial modelling.
• Currently pursuing actuarial examinations.
