Senior Data Analyst – X Delivery

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst within BCG X, you will partner with consulting teams to deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive client value. You will translate business requirements into analytical designs, develop robust models, and support the implementation of data‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with case and proposal teams to gather requirements and define analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver analytical modules or minimal viable products for client engagements.
• Provide technical support and expertise on data analytics tools and processes.
• Produce original analysis, insights, and recommendations for consulting teams.
• Build statistical models, algorithms, and data pipelines using large, diverse data sources.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end analytics projects in a consulting or advisory environment.
• Ability to establish credibility with case teams and act as a thought partner on analytical topics.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset focused on client value and actionable outcomes.
• Experience wrapping analytical results into ready‑to‑use software modules or MVPs.
