Join a dynamic environment where you will take full ownership of a critical equipment fleet. As an Equipment Plant Manager, you will play a strategic role in ensuring the technical, administrative, and operational excellence of our assets to drive productivity and safety.

Missions principales

• Plan, monitor, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance operations to maximize fleet availability.
• Supervise internal technical teams and external service providers (workshops, suppliers) to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and update a comprehensive technical database, including equipment specifications, maintenance history, and scheduling.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability rates, operational costs, and downtime to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Negotiate and manage high-value contracts for equipment leasing, insurance, maintenance, and logistics.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards through regular inspections and staff training.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and budgetary forecasts for senior management review.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fleet management or maintenance operations within the construction, industrial, or logistics sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
