As a Special Cable Process Engineer, you will serve as the central point of contact for new SRS, HSCA, and special cable projects. You will play a strategic role in driving manufacturing engineering excellence and building a high-performing Lean MET team across the EMEA region.

Missions principales

• Lead the creation and development of a Lean MET team within EMEA to meet evolving business needs.
• Drive regional benchmarking (BOP/BOE) and collaborate with global leaders (NA, AP, and Global) to optimize worldwide resource utilization.
• Utilize DMF/DFA, FMEA, and SOW methodologies to ensure manufacturing solutions and tooling are fully optimized prior to PXRB.
• Develop and execute an agile MET vision and strategy in alignment with Business, Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams.
• Implement and adapt automation strategies to meet future business requirements and drive manufacturing innovation.
• Standardize processes, equipment, and tooling platforms to reduce risks, costs, and improve reusability.
• Monitor critical projects, define mitigation plans, and spearhead continuous improvement activities for world-class manufacturing.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically within complex cable systems or automotive electrical components.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to manage complex projects, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
