Shift Leader (Automotive Industry)

About the role

The Shift Leader will coordinate operator teams on an automotive production line, ensuring smooth execution of daily manufacturing activities. This position requires a hands‑on approach to maintain discipline, quality, and continuous improvement within the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Organise all activities of operator teams and ensure timely production execution.
• Maintain control and discipline on the production line.
• Ensure production compliance and drive improvements in the 5S methodology.
• Contribute ideas to the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) for both production and organisational processes.
• Identify raw‑material components on the production line.

Required profile

• Technician diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, availability and flexibility.
• Based in the Oriental Region.
