Traffic Manager – Transport Operations

About the role

MTS Globe is seeking a dynamic Traffic Manager to lead transport operations at its Agadir office. You will ensure seamless coordination of arrivals, departures, and intercity transfers while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily transport operations, including arrivals, departures and intercity services.
• Maintain high on‑time performance (OTP) and service quality standards.
• Coordinate with transport suppliers, monitor their performance and enforce compliance.
• Plan capacity and allocate resources based on demand and seasonal fluctuations.
• Anticipate, diagnose and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Track key performance indicators, control costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Representatives and Customer Service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport, logistics or tourism operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Agadir destination.
• Fluent English communication skills.
