About the role
The bank is looking for an Account Manager (KHENIFRA) to work in its Casablanca branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the agency, ensuring a courteous and professional experience while handling all front‑office and back‑office banking operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Process teller and back‑office transactions quickly and accurately.
- Provide reliable information in response to client inquiries.
- Support the overall quality of customer service through effective interaction.
- Drive commercial actions related to banking operations.
- Manage operational risk associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent.
- Strong client orientation and communication skills.
- High level of rigor, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with customers and team members.
