Accounting Manager – Morocco

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support CEVA Logistics’ commercial performance and align with the group’s overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align financial and business strategies to enhance CEVA’s performance in line with the business plan.
• Provide guidance to leadership on shaping overall financial and commercial strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with executives, clients, regional teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to define programs, outcomes and resource needs.
• Manage executive expectations, set performance indicators and support strategic and budgetary objectives.
• Implement best practices for financial health, including projections, accounting services and growth planning.
• Address critical issues and escalations that pose risks to the group.
• Oversee budget administration, resource allocation and expense approvals.
• Support the Controller in performance analysis and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead development, implementation and interpretation of financial policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage finance team recruitment, compensation, training, development and performance management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration (Bac+5).
• Minimum 10 years of corporate finance experience, including at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager.
• Strong expertise in P&L, balance‑sheet management, forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Proven track record developing and implementing financial strategies in an international, fast‑changing environment.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce financial policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
