Adjunct Lecturer in Process Instrumentation, Control and Simulation

About the role

The College of Chemical Sciences & Engineering at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University seeks an Adjunct Lecturer to teach Process Instrumentation, Control and Simulation. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions to undergraduate students in the Integrated Preparatory Cycle and Engineering Cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials and labs on industrial instrumentation, measurement, data acquisition, process control and automation.
• Teach process modelling and simulation, supervising the simulation component of design projects.
• Contribute to electricity and electronics teaching for the preparatory cycle.
• Prepare, invigilate and mark examinations and continuous assessments for the assigned modules.
• Participate in the pedagogical committee and examination board, coordinating with the module coordinator.

Required profile

• Academic background in chemical engineering, process engineering, instrumentation, control or a closely related field (PhD or MSc preferred).
• Experience teaching at university level or equivalent training environment.
• Willingness to engage voluntarily with one of the College’s eight R&D entities, without affecting teaching duties.
