About the role

France Rénovation is expanding its operations in Morocco and is looking for experienced appointment‑setting agents to join its Marrakech team. The role focuses on generating qualified leads for the French market through outbound calls and scheduling meetings for the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound teleprospecting calls targeting French‑speaking prospects.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in appointment setting, teleprospecting, or call‑center environments, preferably on the French market.
• Fluent French with clear diction and strong argumentation abilities.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a passion for challenges.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and able to work under fixed schedules.
