About the role

Gulf Associates is seeking an AI Product Support Specialist to assist our advisory team in delivering AI‑driven market intelligence for a regional telecommunications client. Working fully remotely, you will ensure that internal AI research tools operate smoothly and that the data they generate is accurate and actionable for senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support to consultants using internal AI research platforms, ensuring timely access to required data.
• Monitor and validate AI‑generated summaries and data points against real‑world telecom market conditions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within research tools and coordinate with external vendors to resolve bugs.
• Document user feedback from senior partners to refine AI tool usage during negotiations.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials by extracting and organizing data from proprietary databases.
• Conduct basic quality‑assurance checks on automated reports to spot inconsistencies or logical errors.
• Maintain the internal knowledge base tracking counterpart behavior in the territory.
• Collaborate with the research team to improve prompts and queries for capital deployment and joint‑venture information.

Required profile
