Airline Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Corpay is seeking an Airline Sourcing Specialist to join its Lodging division within the EMEA region. Working remotely, you will support the global sourcing team by reviewing properties, managing market RFPs, and handling various sourcing activities for airline clients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate RFP terms and rates for crew and distressed passenger accommodations.
• Monitor market price changes, flag risks and opportunities, and develop pricing comparatives.
• Become a hotel market expert for assigned regions and produce market intelligence reports for smaller cities.
• Identify savings and revenue opportunities, vet hotels and transport vendors, and ensure they meet criteria.
• Prepare, deliver, and present required deliverables and build strong vendor relationships.
• Travel for site and market inspections as assigned and complete additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native language optional).
• Knowledge of the aviation and hospitality industries is preferred.
• Strong people skills, customer‑focused approach, and excellent time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and financial acumen.
