Analog Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Analog Mixed‑Signal Layout Engineer to join our international IC development team. You will work on next‑generation automotive and power‑management semiconductor products, delivering high‑quality layouts for critical IP blocks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analog and mixed‑signal IC layouts at block and module level.
• Implement high‑voltage and power‑management circuit layouts.
• Own individual macros and IP blocks within complex projects.
• Support top‑level floorplanning and analog block integration.
• Collaborate with analog designers, layout leads, verification engineers and project teams.
• Perform DRC, LVS and sign‑off activities.
• Optimize layouts for performance, matching, reliability, area and manufacturability.
• Contribute to IP reuse and new block development.
• Participate in technical reviews and design discussions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in analog IC layout design.
• Proven experience with mixed‑signal and power‑management ICs.
• Knowledge of BCD (Bipolar‑CMOS‑DMOS) technologies and high‑voltage circuits.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned blocks.

Required skills

• Cadence Virtuoso.
• Calibre.
• AMS design environment.
• DRC, LVS and physical verification sign‑off flows.
• Matching techniques, symmetry constraints, parasitic effects, EM/IR analysis and reliability‑aware layout practices.
• Experience with 130 nm technologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with SPT9 / SPT10 platforms, PMICs, DC/DC converters, LED drivers, Battery Management Systems and automotive semiconductor products (preferred).
• Understanding of functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 (preferred).
