Area Sales Manager – Morocco

About the role

As an Area Sales Manager for Pollmeier, you will drive sustainable growth in the Moroccan market, representing a global leader in hardwood products. You will develop and strengthen the designated sales territory by building lasting customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the Pollmeier brand and primary contact for customers within the assigned region.
• Manage, expand, and further develop the existing sales territory through personal on‑site meetings and digital communication.
• Acquire new clients and continuously grow the customer base.
• Identify customer needs, create long‑term relationships, and align solutions with end‑user benefits.
• Coordinate specialist support for complex sales situations as required.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and management to achieve agreed sales targets and effectively market Pollmeier products.

Required profile

• Permanent residence within the sales territory and experience in sales, business administration, or a skilled trade.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction combined with an independent, proactive, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong affinity for wood as a material and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Native‑level Arabic and French language skills, good English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
