About the role

Join Concentrix as a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Agadir. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects and existing customers, helping them resolve issues and providing accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospects and clients in resolving incidents via inbound calls, emails, correspondence and possibly social media.
• Promote Concentrix’s brand image and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage complaints and act as an ambassador of service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism without cold‑calling or outbound sales.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written Spanish.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening, empathy and kindness.
• Analytical mindset and ability to anticipate solutions.
• Good command of standard computer tools.
