Assistant Manager, Quality Management

About the role

As an Assistant Manager in Quality Management, you will support Nestlé's factories in Casablanca by ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and product quality. You will work closely with factory teams to implement and monitor key quality initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through cleaning, IPM, zoning and routine checks.
• Coordinate surveillance plans for raw materials and finished products, analyse data and identify trends.
• Monitor chemical contaminant deviations, conduct risk assessments and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Support MENA NMS audits, from planning to execution and corrective‑action management.
• Manage the Doxis documentation platform and update quality and food‑safety procedures as needed.
• Promote a strong quality and food‑safety culture by sharing best practices across markets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Food Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management within a food‑manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a factory quality department and participating in audit or improvement projects.
