Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for outbound prospecting? Huzzle is looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative to drive our growth across both English and French-speaking markets. This is a pivotal role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in high-level B2B sales.

Missions principales

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify, research, and qualify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Generate high-quality leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain meticulous records and manage the sales funnel within CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume and pipeline generation.

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Resilient, results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to handle rejection and persist in prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.

Competences requises

  • Expertise in Cold Calling and Social Selling (LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Strategic email copywriting and outreach techniques.
