Billing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to manage end‑to‑end billing activities. The successful candidate will ensure invoices, payments, and customer account information are processed accurately and on time while maintaining professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing details such as pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, and payment terms.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer billing records and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Reconcile billing records with accounting systems and generate reports for management.
• Support month‑end, year‑end billing activities and audit requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related finance functions.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high‑volume invoicing, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
