Biomedical Sales Engineer – Healthcare Devices

About the role

Contec Medical Systems is looking for a motivated Biomedical Sales Engineer to promote its portfolio of respiratory and monitoring medical devices across Morocco. You will work directly with hospitals, clinics, distributors and other healthcare providers, building relationships and driving sales growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other medical institutions.
• Present, demonstrate and train customers on Contec’s medical devices.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Support market development activities such as research, competitor analysis and feedback to headquarters.
• Provide technical support and after‑sales service, including installation guidance and user training.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and documentation for management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and promote products.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and ensure product compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in sales and business development of medical devices.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the medical devices industry and Moroccan healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, travel within the country as needed, and meet sales targets.
