Business Continuity & Datacenter Governance Expert

About the role

We are strengthening our IT infrastructure and resilience capabilities and seek a senior Business Continuity & Datacenter Governance Expert. You will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of business continuity and datacenter governance frameworks for high‑criticality environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical services and define RTO/RPO targets.
• Develop, update and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and related documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise crisis communication, escalation procedures and recovery testing.
• Plan, execute and analyse recovery exercises, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Oversee datacenter governance, capacity planning, physical and logical access controls, and environmental monitoring.
• Prepare and support compliance audits, ensuring adherence to ISO 22301 and other standards.
• Produce governance dashboards, KPIs and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and operations teams and participate in governance committees.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery or critical infrastructure governance.
• Proven experience in complex production or managed‑service environments.
