Business Development Manager – Morocco

About the role

Eskimi is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in Morocco. The role will focus on acquiring new agency and direct client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and strengthening strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with top‑tier agencies and direct clients across Morocco.
• Own revenue and profitability targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to contract signing and client onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to enhance Eskimi’s market representation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within digital advertising or media technology.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams such as customer service, marketing, and product.
