Business Development Manager – Morocco

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead Mamoru’s expansion in Morocco, establishing the local entity and building a network of financial partners. This role combines market entry, relationship management and the development of an FX trading business targeting high‑net‑worth, institutional and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the Moroccan legal entity, opening bank, FX broker, exchange and payment processor accounts.
• Act as the local representative, establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, brokers, exchanges, merchants and payment processors.
• Develop and launch an FX trading business aimed at HNW investors, institutional investors, merchants and individual traders.
• Stay informed on market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects within the FX payments industry.
• Serve as nominee director of the local entity and manage administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the global operations team to ensure smooth local operations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in banking or FX with solid understanding of trading products and trade life‑cycles.
• National of Morocco.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Flexible mindset, meticulous, able to multitask and manage projects independently.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
