About the role
We are seeking a Cashier to join a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Agadir. The role involves handling cash transactions, supporting guest billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless financial experience for hotel guests.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the hotel cash desk and process guest payments accurately.
- Issue receipts and manage cash register balances according to hotel procedures.
- Assist guests with billing questions and provide courteous service.
- Collaborate with front‑office and other departments to maintain smooth financial operations.
Required profile
- Formal training in hospitality, tourism, management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel environment is preferred.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong sense of hospitality and customer service.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized and a team player.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Experience in cash‑management duties is desirable.
