CFS & NTM Planning Associate

About the role

JT International is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Planning Associate to ensure the timely availability of CFS and NTM raw materials for production. You will work within a global manufacturing services team, supporting both ongoing operations and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and adjust material supply plans based on production demand, inventory targets, supplier lead times and constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and Logistics to track deliveries, monitor supplier performance and mitigate inventory risks.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Support New Product Development projects by planning material readiness for launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate planning master data in SAP and generate reports, KPI dashboards and inventory analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in material, supply or production planning, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
