Chargé de Clientèle – Rabat et Régions

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer reports to the Branch Director and is responsible for advising, retaining and developing a portfolio of clients in Rabat and surrounding regions. The role involves continuously promoting the full range of banking products and services while planning commercial activities to meet both global and individual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio through cross‑selling of banking products.
• Plan, execute and monitor commercial actions aligned with set objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risk on a daily basis.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Commercial or financial degree (BAC+5) from a business school or university.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar client‑facing banking role.
• Strong commercial sense, excellent written communication and persuasive argumentation skills.
• Good listening ability, rigor, organization and teamwork orientation.
