Chargé de communication institutionnelle et clientèle

About the role

The Institutional and Client Communication Officer will support the execution of strategic communication actions defined by internal entities, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall communication strategy and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and implement communication actions within the company’s global communication plan.
• Design and produce institutional and client‑facing communication materials such as brochures, campaigns, and other media.
• Promote the company’s image across various channels (TV, press, radio, web, social media) and advise on message and channel selection.
• Coordinate and monitor external service providers, including communication agencies, media agencies, and printers.
• Handle administrative tasks related to communication projects: write specifications, launch tenders, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on payments.
• Manage the communication budget and track performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile

• Higher education degree (BAC+5) in Marketing, Communication or a related field from a recognized university or business school.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in communication or brand strategy.
• Strong knowledge of communication disciplines, media landscape (TV, press, radio, web) and brand strategy.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms and web‑marketing techniques.
• Excellent writing, reporting and document presentation skills.
• Analytical, synthesis and crisis‑communication capabilities.
• Good understanding of corporate operations, autonomy, rigor and proactive attitude.
